Disclosure of Personal Identifying Information:
The purpose of ID is to send demand letters on your behalf to data vendors (companies that post your personal identifying information online) to demand removal of your personal identifying information.  We specifically state in the demand letters that the personal identifying information disclosed in the demand letters must only be used for the specific purpose of researching the customers (your) personal identifying information in order to remove it.   The personal identifying information you supply ID Removal will only be used in the demand letters and in no other manner. 

Except as outlined in the disclosure of personal identifying information heading, ID Removal will not share your personally identifiable information, with third parties without your consent. While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining this information.

Legal Disclaimer:
ID Removal will only disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on this company.

Log Files:
ID Removal automatically and through third-party tracking services (e.g., Google Analytics) gathers certain non-personally identifiable information about your use of the Website and stores it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and related data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, to improve the content of our website and the quality of our service. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.  For the security of customer(s) orders, we do collect and log only the user(s) IP address when they complete the order form.

ID does not use cookies on this site.
